Bruce Hamersley

Bruce Hamersley, P.Eng., FEC.

President, Principal Engineer

Bruce has 33 years of engineering experience with a focus on bridge design, soil-structure interaction, and construction engineering. His diverse design background includes project management of large transportation projects, highway and railway bridge designs, seismic retrofit and rehabilitation of major bridges, and construction engineering for bridge erection. Bruce has published and presented a number of papers on design and rehabilitation of major bridges.

William Wu

William Wu, M.Eng., P.Eng., P.E.

Principal, Lead Structural Engineer

William has more than 20 years’ experience in engineering and construction including complex bridge projects with a focus on bridge design, dynamic soil-structural interaction analyses, and construction engineering in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. William has been involved in a number of major design-build project as Lead Structural Engineer on the Contractor side as well as Senior Structural Engineer on the Owner’s side. William has been involved in the design of cable stayed bridges, suspension bridges, arches, segmental post tensioned concrete bridges, steel plate girders, and railway truss bridges.

James Williams

James Williams, MSc., P.Eng.

Principal, Lead Geotechnical Engineer

James is a geotechnical engineer with more than 13 years experience in the analysis and design of bridge foundations, dams, tunnels, heavy industrial buildings and transportation infrastructure. His field experience includes planning and supervision of site investigations, geotechnical instrumentation installation and construction monitoring. James also has experience in slope stability, settlement analysis, seismic analysis, liquefaction assessments, tunnel design, shallow foundation design and pile design and has worked in Canada and the UK.
